I did something a little bit different here. I printed a black and white and cut out all the lines, and then overlaid the resulting cut onto a color printing to keep all of the shading and original colors. The result is more of a 3-D effect with good coloring. My previous attempts at color are satisfying, but with construction paper colors are largely lifeless. It's a bit of a cheat, but until I can find construction paper in more diverse colors, this is a good stopgap.
